Present Perfect Tense

 Present perfect tense is used to express that something happened  (or never happened)n before now, at an unspecified time in the past. The exact time is not important. Accompanied by for or since, the present perfect expresses a situation that began in the past and continuous to the present.

I You We They	Have Haven’t	Stopped subscribing to that magazine Had lunch since two hours ago
He She	Has Hasn’t	Taken the final examination Gone to the airport to catch the flight
Have	I You We They	Mailed the letter ?
Has	He She	Delivered the pizza ?

v  Past Continous Tense

Past continuous tense is used to express a progressive event or action in the past.

Pattern : S + Was/Were + Verb-ing

Example :

1. I was working

2. You were buying the vegetables
